Headaches In Life

Word up, everyone. I haven't been as active here for a while but I am still around. Due to extra busy times at the office and suffering through low-grade headaches, I haven't had as much time to write on the site. The head pain is, well, a pain. According to the medical team I have been consulting with I am suffering from upper back stress pain stuff. Thus, a combination of stretching and making sure I am well watered is the solution.

But, the headaches are the biggest distractions. They are not pounding experiences but a low, distracting pain that makes it hard to concentrate. It takes me an hour in the morning to go over everything I need to do that day and get the focus bus rolling. I have been talking to my chiropractor and we've been managing them quite well with vitamins an bone cracking but - jeeze, it can be so annoying.

Erg... well, I am going to call it this evening. Have some reading to do...

podcasting

What else do I do? I talk out loud, record it, and post it on line. I chatter about all kinds of things. Some of the things are nerdy, some professional, and some of them are very much NSFW. Why? Because do them for myself and my non-work life. You can be the judge.
