Life After The Plan & Let's Go Cycling!

The business plan is done and handed in! Yay for me!

So, Allyson, her dad, and myself went out to celebrate by riding bicycles around Stanley Park. We did this, for some reason - in the rain. It wasn't too bad but it was wet and when one rides a mountain bike not equipped with fenders - the experience can get very wet from the water on the ground. Let's just say that my backside looked like I couldn't wait for the next rest stop.

We rode both on Monday afternoon and this afternoon. Both times took just over an hour but I found that I was incredibly out of shape. And - my ass hurts. I was reading a long time ago that, if you haven't ridden a bicycle for some time and you hop right on and ride for an extended period of time, some membrane on your butt muscles can become inflamed. Anyway, the end of the point is that - it hurts. The second day, it hurt more and I was surprised that I made it all over Stanley Park.

I will end it there because when I start talking about my ass - I know it is time to go and do something else. Get on those bikes more often and head out to the park - the trails are great!

podcasting

What else do I do? I talk out loud, record it, and post it on line. I chatter about all kinds of things. Some of the things are nerdy, some professional, and some of them are very much NSFW. Why? Because do them for myself and my non-work life. You can be the judge.
