Michael Moore

Folks, the Republican National Party's Convention has begun in New York and, man, is that security tight. Movie actors have already been arrested. Michael Moore, who is attending the convention, was booed and jeered as he made his way to his seat. This convention will be worth watching.

Now, as anyone who knows me well will attest, I am not much of a "political guy". Yet, I tend to watch American politics because they give us Canadians a look into what can happen when politics follows the money rather than the issues people want to talk about. Sometimes the people don't really know the issues either because they are distracted by silly ads and bizarre claims. So, apparently, even though there are public records of John Kerry's attendance in Vietnam - he wasn't there. But, let's ask him directly. So, let's watch this election closely since it will be a change (or not) that Canada should be aware of.

Said the Canadian...

Oh, and yes, there is blogging going on at the Republican Convention.

podcasting

What else do I do? I talk out loud, record it, and post it on line. I chatter about all kinds of things. Some of the things are nerdy, some professional, and some of them are very much NSFW. Why? Because do them for myself and my non-work life. You can be the judge.
